Today we had a visit to explain the Lion dance and the drums and cymbals that accompany the dance. This was one of the activities at our school connected with Chinese New Year, Some of the students had a try playing the cymbals.
Today at assembly we had a visit from Wanda, the walking school bus mascot. There are a number of walking school buses available for children to join so they can have a safe walk to school with an adult.
Jimmy and Geena dressed in some Chinese clothes today to celebrate Chinese New Year. They look fabulous!
